Shipping Policy

All physical art pieces at Strawberry Moon Arts are made to order. Each print, canvas, and framed piece is individually produced, assembled, and packaged with care — nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to ship.

Production Time
Please allow 2–8 business days for production depending on the product type. Framed pieces and canvas prints require additional time for assembly and quality inspection before they are ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard ground shipping within the continental United States typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Please Note
Even if you select an expedited shipping option, production time still applies before your order can ship. Total delivery time includes both production and transit.
