We take pride in every piece that leaves our studio and want you to love what you receive.

Physical Art Prints, Canvas & Framed Pieces
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. To start a return contact us at strawberrymoonarts@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect contact us immediately with photos and we will work to make it right.

Digital Downloads
All digital sales are final. No refunds once the file has been delivered.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
